Packages & Pricing

Know what it costs before you talk to anyone.

Three package levels, published. Add what your workflows need. One fixed number — in writing — before we start.

Built on your accountsLive in 2–8 weeksYou own 100% of the code

Why it pays for itself

You're already paying for this work. It's just being done by hand.

Every hour your team spends copying, chasing, and retyping is an hour you paid for at full salary. The research is blunt about how many there are:

40%+

of workers spend at least a quarter of the work week on manual, repetitive tasks

Smartsheet

6+ hrs

a week — what most workers estimate they'd get back if the repetitive parts were automated

Smartsheet

40%+

of knowledge-worker time goes to manual digital admin

Automation Anywhere, 10,500 office workers

~1.5 hrs

a week, per person, just copy-pasting into a CRM or ERP

ProcessMaker

94%

of knowledge workers do repetitive, time-consuming work every day

Zapier

People affected × hours lost per week × their hourly cost × 4.3 = what the manual version costs you every month

Example — a 5-person team: 6 hours each per week, at $25/hour loaded = $3,225 a month spent on work software should be doing. A $6,000 build pays for itself in under two months, then keeps paying.

Pick the package that fits.

Step 2

Step 3 · Performance Plan

Keep it working while your business changes.

An unwatched automation doesn't fail loudly — it quietly stops doing its job while you assume it's running.

Every month, we:

  • Catch problems before you dofailed runs, silent errors, broken connections
  • Fix what went wrongwe review the conversations and runs that missed
  • Repair integrations silentlyyour CRM updates, your tools change, it keeps working
  • Keep it currentnew prices, services, policies, processes
  • Report once a monthvolume handled, hours returned, what to improve next

Your Performance Plan is discussed at project handoff, once we both know how many systems it touches — then fixed in writing.

Questions

Common questions

Why is the build fee fixed but the monthly isn't published?+

Because the build is scoped and the monthly depends on how many systems the agent touches. We give you the exact figure at handoff — fixed in writing from that day — not a range you have to guess from.

Do you mark up our software or API costs?+

No. You hold your own accounts and pay providers directly, at cost. We charge for engineering only.

What if we start small and grow?+

That's the recommended path. Start at Single-Purpose, prove it on your worst process, then add. Nothing gets rebuilt — we extend what's already running.

Is this going to replace my staff?+

No. It removes the repetitive part of their day — the copying, chasing, and same twelve answers. Your team keeps the work that needs judgement. Most clients grow without hiring rather than cut anyone.

Isn't this just Zapier?+

Zapier moves data when nothing has to be decided. These systems read, judge, and respond — a support answer written from your documents, an invoice checked before it's entered, a lead qualified before it's routed. Where a simple automation is genuinely enough, we'll tell you and build that instead.

Who owns it at the end?+

You do. Source, prompts, configuration, and the accounts it runs on. No licence, no lock-in, hand it to any developer.

What if our process changes?+

It will. That's what the Performance Plan is for — we update the workflows as your business shifts, and you'll know before anything breaks.
